Insurance
I choose to only work with insurance companies through out-of-network benefits.  For specific insurance inquiries please call your provider for information regarding your insurance plan's out-of-network benefits program and reimbursement schedule. Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
